Korean Food Basics: Bulgogi

Bulgogi does not refer to only beef marinated with soy sauce. It has many kinds with various ingredients and sauce. Find out how attractive Bulgogi is.

  1. Gukmul Bulgogi: It’s made with beef. It has soup and looks like soup. The best way to eat it is to mix it with rice. You can make a lettuce wrap too.
  2. Spring Onion Bulgogi: It’s made with pork. Make a wrap with dried seaweed, the meat, and spring onion.
  3. Spicy Bulgogi: It’s also made with pork. Remember steamed egg and milk from the last video, Nakji Bokkeum. They help you handle spicy food 🙂
